Channels 4.1 is maintenance release in the 4.x series.


Python and Django support
-------------------------

* A Python version of 3.8 or higher is required.

* Django 4.2 is now the minimum supported version.


Bugfixes & Small Changes
------------------------

* Exceptions in ``HttpConsumer`` are now correctly propagated.

* URLRouter is updated for compatibility with in-development changes in Django.
